Our year is divided into four quarters – summer, autumn, winter and spring. These seasons affect us in almost every aspect of our lives.
Margaret Jackson Minnicks says seasons dictate to us how we dress, what activities we engage in and what we eat. In the summer, we wear cool clothes and open shoes. We go to the beach, to the park or to other outdoor events. We love those watermelons and something cool to drink.

Winters look and feel differently – we dress warm and enjoy nice warm soups.
Seasons have a lot to do with our moods and our attitude. If you usually in a better mood when you are in a season that you really like.
The seasons are not the same all over the world. The seasons occur depending on where you live geographically. The seasons change in our lives depends greatly on where we are spiritually.

Interesting enough, seasons is determined by the sun. The earth tilts on its axis and as it goes around the sun the sun shines more on the southern part of the earth in winter. It shines on both in spring and fall and it shines more on the northern part in summer. Where the sun shines the most, it heats it up the most. Where it shines less, it heats it up less.
This has a lot of spiritual significance - spiritual seasons depend on our personal relationship with the Son. If you allow the Sun of God to shine in your life, the winters will not be so cold and the summers will be more enjoyable!
James 4:8(AMP)
8Come close to God and He will come close to you.
Make sure that no matter what season you are in, that you always stay close to Jesus. Every season will be full of “Son” shine!
Shalom!
Anina
